Future World Vision: Moving Research and Innovation into Practice

As part of “walking the talk” on Future World Vision, this session is intended to cover what is being done today to deliver the infrastructure of tomorrow, and what more can be done to help advance innovation into practice. The session will go over current and proposed association-level programs designed to help reduce barriers to innovation and deployment of innovative products and technologies into the built infrastructure, and how Illinois DOT is moving research and innovation into practice in the roadway infrastructure.
