Global Civil Engineering
State of the Industry / Profession
This is the Global Session that is proposed before the Global Reception and will include discussion and interaction with attendees on state of civil engineering profession and how ASCE is involved global partnerships. Presenters will be ASCE members who are currently leaders of both the Asian Civil Engineering Coordinating Counci, ACECC, which includes 16 member economies, and Pan American Federation of Engineers, UPADI, which includes 22 countries from the Americas, Spain, and Portugal. Discussion will be lead by ASCE Society Director April Lander from New Zealand representing Region 10.
