This session will earn 1.0 PDH
Abstract: What does it take to be a change agent in the business world? In academia? How do you motivate, inspire, and act as a catalyst for positive change? How can you become an active participant and leader for this change, and leverage your influence to help join forces with others in your organization? Particularly, how can you do this to create a more inclusive work or academic culture?
