Abstract: With Washington D.C. laser-focused on the upcoming Presidential Election, it might seem like infrastructure policy has taken a backseat to politics. Hear the latest legislative developments out of Washington, and learn how states and localities are finding innovative ways to improve their roads, bridges, water systems and more. A dynamic panel will discuss notable legislative trends, as well as what a lame duck Congress might accomplish after November 3, 2020.

  • Explore how states and localities are increasing the amount of funding and financing for infrastructure, through both traditional and innovative mechanisms
  • Learn about the status of federal legislation to increase federal infrastructure investment
