Fahed Ahmed AlAwadhi is the Director of Drainage Projects Department in Dubai Municipality. His experience includes construction of sewerage and drainage networks, Deep Tunnels, irrigation networks, pump stations and sewerage treatment plants. He manages budgeting for these projects, evaluate the biddings, value engineering, contracting, scheduling, staffing, and closeout of assigned projects. He has a proven record of completing Mega Infrastructure projects on time and within budget, and meeting department’s KPIs, along with knowledge in PPP project management. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, and an Masters in Business Administration with a concentration on strategic management and planning from Strathclyde University.
