John Haddock is a professor of Civil Engineering in the Lyles School of Civil Engineering at Purdue University and serves at the director of the Indiana Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP). He has B.S. (1987) and M.S. (1993) degrees from Purdue University, a Ph.D. from Auburn University (1998), and is a registered Professional Engineer in Indiana.
