Shaikha Al Shaikh is a Senior Planning and Design of Drainage Systems Engineer at Dubai Municipality. Shaikha is managing a portfolio of strategic infrastructure projects with a BSc in Civil Engineering, and a MSc in Engineering Management, with a concentration in Total Quality Management (TQM). Shaikha also represents Dubai Municipality in the Demand-Side management strategy led by the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy. She has previously worked for 3 years as a project manager in an international infrastructure consultancy firm, and worked on utility master plans, network designs and key government strategies. She is part of numerous outreach programs through the Prime Minister’s Office UAE Government Leaders Program and is also in the Future Sustainability Leaders Programme with Masdar Institute of Science and Technology.
