With the end of the year fast approaching, ASCE looks back at the major developments on Capitol Hill in the first session of the 119th Congress and the second Trump administration. President Trump’s began his second term shaking up Washington, but his agenda has some met resistance and infrastructure legislation still needs to be passed before the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act expires in 2026.
