Edward W. Stafford, P.E., PTOE, F.ASCE has spent over 22 years working in local government in the Denver Colorado area, providing communities with expertise in land development, traffic engineering, regional storm water management, capital improvement program management and general public works leadership and management. He is currently the Development Review Manager for the City of Boulder, CO Public Works Department. Edward earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.  He is currently  the ASCE Society Director from Region 7 serving on the ASCE Board of Direction. He previously served as an ASCE Region 7 Governor for seven years, and is an active member of the Colorado Section of ASCE, and of several society committees, including the Member Communities, Committee on Accreditation, Annual Convention Advisory Committee and the Committee on the National Concrete Canoe Competition. In addition to his service with ASCV, Mr. Stafford is also a member of ICMA, APWA and ITE
