Please note: If you are registering for another attendee, registrant’s information must be used to complete all fields by using their ASCE login, password, and email address. This will ensure the attendee receives their registration confirmation, the correct fees are applied, they receive any updates or notifications, and to allow for proper crediting of PDHs.
This year the Envision short course and OPAL registration will be separate from Convention registration.

A confirmation will be emailed to all advance registrants prior to the conference.
Payment Information
Acceptable forms of payments include:
- Check: payable to ASCE Convention (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank. Include attendee's name in the memo area of the check). All checks must be received by September 24, 2025, so registrations can be processed in time.
- Credit card: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and Diners Club
- Purchase order: P.O. #, company name, and address or other billing address

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or copy of purchase order.
Cancellations/Refunds
To receive a refund of the registration fee, cancellations must be received in writing at the ASCE Headquarters by September 24, 2025. A $100 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Substitutions are acceptable, if received in writing.

Professional Development Hours
PDHs are a recognized unit of record in non-credit professional development programs and can be earned for participation in this conference. If you register for the conference and attend sessions in their entirety during their scheduled times, you have earned Professional Development Hours.
Please keep track of the various sessions and presentations that you attend. The number of available PDHs is TBD.
Since continuing education requirements for P.E. license renewal, including what content is accepted, vary from state to state, we strongly recommend that individuals regularly check the state registration board(s) for their specific continuing education requirements that affect P.E. licensure and the ability to renew licensure.
Within 30 days after the end of the convention, the session attendance information will be uploaded into ASCE’s MyLearning system and you will receive an email from ASCE with detailed instructions on how to access MyLearning and verify your session attendance. By accessing the MyLearning system for this conference, you automatically agree and certify you attended the selected sessions. Within 30 days after the end of the last Tech Talk session, ASCE will send further instruction on redeeming PDHs for Tech Talk sessions attended.
The system will remain open for one year to allow you time to make any adjustments and print your certificates and transcripts. Beyond one year, you will need to contact ASCE Customer Service at [email protected] or (800) 548-2723 to modify your conference attendance information.
